Fitivity’s flexibility routines on this app will guide you through a number of stretches and exercises that demonstrate proper form and technique.

Even if you know the basics, Fitivity reckons these routines will have you seeing significant improvements in your flexibility.

Rugby Speed & Agility

If you’ve been inspired by watching the speed and agility on display in the Rugby World Cup, try this app. The training programme includes a range of daily warm up and workout activities, all designed to help you sidestep tackles and show your opponent a clean pair of heels.
