iD will help these customers out by giving them controlled and capped plans with standardised bills each month.
We know that customers don’t want to feel tied down into mobile plans that aren’t right for them. And for many of them, the shorter the better.
iD has created a solution to help customers who want the flexibility of shorter 4G plans, by introducing a 12-month option.
3. Uncertainty when using your phone abroad
If you travel overseas regularly, you’ll know that using your mobile phone can be a hassle. You’ll love the flexibility of roaming plans covering more countries than ever before…
iD is going to let its customers roam in 22 individual countries, without racking up huge costs.
