Huawei P Smart hands on

Smarter and sharper

If you’re on the hunt for a smartphone with all the latest bells and whistles, minus the hefty price point, the search ends here – Huawei is back. The P Smart boasts an 18:9-ratio, 5.65-inch screen and aluminium body, bringing a touch of high-end to an affordable handset.

Design and display

Prepare to be dazzled because the smartphone is fronted by a striking 5.65-inch FullView display with 2.5D glass. This means you’ll view all of your precious content in amazing crisp clarity.

You can also run two apps side by side with Smart Split Screen. Respond to important emails or buzzing group chats while watching your favourite TV show or movie. Plot twist! No need for anymore stopping and starting.

Just because the phone has a wider screen, doesn’t mean it’s bigger in size though. The thin and lightweight Huawei P Smart fits perfectly in the palm of your hand and is crafted from a single block of aluminium – fancy.

Camera

Mario Testino eat your heart out. The P Smart takes truly awesome photos. The 13MP and 2MP Dual Cameras work in perfect unison to capture amazing quality snaps, including perfect BOKEH shots – if you’re in the mood for an out-of-focus artsy shot.

If that wasn’t enough, the large aperture lenses let in more light, so your photos will always be bright and full of details, whether you’re in a dark nightclub or in front of the Louvre.

Partial to a selfie? The 8MP selfie camera uses Huawei’s signature Face Beauty tech to enhance your facial features, so your selfies will always look seamless and ready for posting. And, the P Smart’s gesture-shot function even lets you take selfies and groufies with all your mates, with just a simple wave.

Performance

The P Smart isn’t just a pretty face. There’s loads going on under the hood as well. It runs Android Oreo out of the box. The latest operating system from Google is crammed with features to improve everything from your phone’s battery life, to help it perform smoother.

Sharing files is a breeze too, with the Huawei’s Share function. Transfer files between Huawei phones in a flash - no internet or manual pairing required.

With 32GB onboard memory (expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card), you’ll always have more than enough room for everything you love.
