The best accessories for the HTC One M8

Got an HTC One M8? Love it? Well pick up a couple of these accessories to get the best out of HTC’s latest gadget.

The battery in the M8 is pretty good, but if you want more juice, try this. The enCharge HTC One M8 Power Jacket accessory has a massive battery inside, 4,500mAh to be exact. That’s almost twice as big as the standard battery inside the phone, giving you 2.75 times as much battery life when you put this case on your M8. And it’ll keep the gorgeous metal body of the HTC One M8 in mint condition too.

Talking of the good looks of the One M8, you might want to keep the body protected, but stillbe able to look at it. If so, you’ll be wanting the Case-Mate Tough Naked Clear case for the HTC One M8. Because it’s perfectly clear, you can still see the HTC through it. It’s nice and thin, and impact resistant, so all the phone’s inside are protected if you drop it too.

One of the most unique cases we’ve ever seen, the front of the case covers the screen, but lets light shine through small dots. These dots are arranged to show the time, the weather and notifications for things like missed calls and texts. You can take calls and dial out with the front cover closed, and scroll through or delete your notifications. It’s a retro and modern accessory all at once!

Thislittle contraption is like a wireless remote control for your One M8. It lets you take calls while you’re using your smartphone to play games or watch videos. It’ll let you know when you get a notification like texts or emails, and can control your TV. If you’re the professional type it can even be used as a laser pointer and slideshow remote to flick through presentations. It’s one of the most useful accessories around.

The HTC Fetch is for helping you find your phone. Just download the HTC Fetch app, activate it, and attach the Fetch to something that’s always with you like keys. Now if you forget your phone the Fetch will let you know by beeping. You can actually use the HTC Fetch with up to three phones, and if you lose one of them, the app shows the location they were last in range of the Fetch.

This lets you stream literally anything that’s on your screen to your HDMI-enabled TV, wirelessly. Get a call while watching a movie or need to reply to a text? No problem, your movie will just keep streaming. The Media Link HD is small and light too, so is easily carried around to use at a mate’s house.

Want even more volume from your HTC One M8? Try the HTC BoomBass. This compact cuboid speaker packs a lotof punch for its size. It’ll connect wirelessly so you can stream your music with a range of 10 metres. There’s even a slide out stand that lets you use the speaker to prop up your phone, making it one of those accessories that’s great for when you want to watch a movie.
