Samsung is one the big players at IFA 2015 in Berlin, with hoards of new technolgy we're yet to see in Old Blighty. Let's take a look at what they've got on show.
Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch
Fresh out the gates is the Samsung Gear S2, which Samsung itself leaked at the New York Galaxy Unpacked event.
The rotating bezel is a brilliant feature which clicks around the face smoothly, allowing you to scroll through apps and menus.
This is also the finest example of Samsung's homegrown operating system, Tizen, we've seen to date. It's not a million miles away from Google's Android Wear, but will most certainly creating exciting competition.
Next up we grabbed a chance to see Samsung Pay in action, which works with the Galaxy S6 edge series. By simply tapping the smartphone on the magnetic strip of any contactless reader, you can pay for your goods in a flash.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5
Finally there was the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, which we saw announced on 13 August in London. The new phablet's display measures in at 5.7-inches at Quad HD quality, and as always, has the trusty S Pen stylus by its side.
On that note (no pun intended), there has been an update to the Pen. After unsheathing it, you can write directly on the locked screen and save the note quicker than ever.
Stick with the Lowdown for more IFA action coming soon!
