Choosing a phone
First you’ll need to choose your phone. We have the widest choice of phones you’ll find in the UK in our Phone Finder, so visit here first.
You can narrow your search easily using the boxes on the left of the Phone Finder. You can sort them too, in order of price or popularity. And if you like more than one, it’s easy to compare them too. Just click the ‘Compare’ box below the phones you’d like to see side by side.
Choosing a deal
Once you know what phone you want, click on the ‘View Deals’ button. You’ll then go through to the phone product page. There’s lots of information about your phone, so you can check it’s got everything you want.
Click on ‘View all tariffs’ in the top right of the page to see all the deals we have for your phone.
We have the most deals in the UK for phones, so to make it easy to find the best ones for you there are lots of easy ways of narrowing your search. You’ll find them under the ‘Find your tariff’ heading. You can search for 4G deals, narrow your search by how much data you need and of course search by cost. To the right you can filter results to include only deals with free gifts too.
When you’ve found the deal you want, click on ‘Buy now’
Keeping your number
On the next page is a section for keeping your current number. If you’re getting a Talkmobile contract, you have to fill in this part of the section now, or your number will be lost. All other networks can swap the number over after your phone has arrived.
To complete the ‘Keep your number’ section now, call your current network and ask for your PAC (Port Authorisation Code). They should be able to give it to you straight away. Then just fill out the ‘Keep your number’ section of the page. To find out more, visit our ‘How do I keep my mobile number page’.
When you’re finished click the ‘Checkout’ button on the next page.
What happens once I’ve placed my order?
We’ll send you two emails.The first confirms that we’ve received your order – we’ll send this shortly after you’ve gone through the checkout.
Whenever you buy a Pay monthly contract, we need to check your details through a quick credit check for security reasons. Once you’ve gone through the credit check, we’ll send you your second email saying your order has been accepted. If there was a problem with your credit check, we’ll send an email to let you know. Once you have the second email and your credit check was fine, we’ll send a delivery confirmation and your order will be on its way to you.
