#WeGotThis - iD Mobile's new content series

iD Mobile’s new content series is here

Today sees the launch of iD Mobile’s new content series, ‘#WeGotThis’, starring Asim Chaudhry.

You may know him as Chabuddy G from the BAFTA Award-winning comedy show ‘People Just Do Nothing’. But you’re now going to see him in a very different role – iD Mobile’s CHO (Chief Happiness Officer).

Why does iD Mobile need a CHO?

iD Mobile has launched a brand new pay monthly plan that offers customers three major perks: Data Rollover, bill capping and inclusive roaming in 50 destinations worldwide. These are worth shouting to customers about, so who better to do this than our Customer Happiness Officer?

Asim’s role as the iD Mobile Customer Happiness Officer is simple yet vital. He’s been tasked to spread happiness across the entire 4G mobile network, and explain the benefits of iD Mobile’s new pay monthly plan to lucky customers.

The iD Mobile #WeGotThis video series

The main video, ‘Control Room’, will be followed by three shorter episodes: ‘Beach’, ‘Shower’ and ‘House Party’. Each short video will focus on one of the three perks in iD Mobile’s new plan.

Episode 1 - Control Room

‘Control Room’ is where it all begins, with iD Mobile’s newly appointed CHO (and self-professed ‘happiest geezer in the world’) announcing his quest to ‘bring happiness to customers’ lives by any means necessary’.

Episode 2 – Beach

‘Beach’ sees our CHO ‘travel’ to an exotic yet un-named sun-drenched location, and share his knowledge of iD Mobile’s inclusive roaming feature to a grateful holidaymaker.

Episode 3 – Shower

‘Shower’ focuses on iD Mobile’s capping feature, where customers can set a limit on their monthly spend to avoid bill shock. Unfortunately, the customer in the video gets a different type of shock, as our CHO disturbs his early morning routine.

Episode 4 – House Party

‘House Party’ is the final video in the series, where our CHO visits the aftermath of a party. Obviously inspired by iD Mobile’s Data Rollover feature, he shows just how easy it is to save your leftovers.
